Ms. Xing Cheng is an attorney admitted in New Jersey and New York. Ms. Cheng’s experience includes the representation of:

-EB5 investor’s immigrations;
-employment based immigrations including L1, H1 visas, EB1, EB2 and NIW applications;
-estate planning, trust and will.

-municipal court claims;
-employers in labor and employment litigations.
Ms. Cheng received her J. D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as the associate editor of Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, and participated in Fordham Family Law Clinic to provide legal assistance to low-income families. Prior to starting her own firm, she worked for law firms in both New Jersey and New York. She also served as an intern to the Honorable Sherry Klein Heitler, the administrative judge of New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division.
Ms. Cheng earned a bachelor’s degree from Peking University in China and a Ph.D. from Louisiana State University Medical Center. She offers bilingual services in English and Mandarin.
